The miniature military figurines were hand painted by Dr. David D. Michaels who was a leading ophthalmologist and International speaker who taught at UCLA’s Jules Stein Eye Institute. Off duty, Dr. Michaels was an artist, specializing in oil painting and award-winning miniature military figurines. This sale features his life-long collection of miniature military figurines.
