One estate is from a Princeton PhD geologist Ken Deffeyes who became friends and inspired the writings of John McPhee. This estate features signed first edition John McPhee books, vintage cameras, a historical calculator collection, rocks, scientific items and more. The second estate comes in from a large home in Santaluz and features a set of Frank Lloyd Wright designed chairs by Cassini, Stickley furniture, Ethan Allen furniture, Rolling Stones concert posters and more. The third estate is from Escondido and features items acquired while working as diplomats in Burma and features items from a female US Naval Admiral.
