Highlights include pieces from a La Jolla estate belonging to the family who formerly owned San Diego's Burnett furniture stores, known for mid-century modern design. Some items may come from the historic William Burnett House #1 in Mission Hills, designed by Lloyd Ruocco in 1949. The sale also includes furniture from a mid-century modern home in Cowan Heights (North Tustin), featuring pieces designed by Kipp Stewart.
